Italy avoids ghetto classes made up of foreign pupils.

Over at the Scotsman on line newspaper there is an article about how Italy will limit the number of foreign pupils in each classroom. They are imposing a 30 per cent limit on the number of foreigners in a class. The plan would reduce cases where classes consisted entirely of immigrant students who spoke barely any Italian. So America is not the only country where this is a problem. The United States does not have a national official language, nor does Delaware and Maryland. The last part of DelMarVa, Virginia, has made English it official language.
