The Day After
We had a very good Thanksgiving yesterday with company, family, and food as What a smell said Yes Howard's family does have a lot to be thankful for. I indulged over indulged really pigged out yesterday on food and drink which resulted in the day after having a sugar level sky high which has pretty much put me out of commission. Damn and I was sooo looking forward to going Black Friday shopping with my daughters. Well it is an ill wind that blows no one good. Today and for a while I will be eating steamed vegetables with a little turkey until the sugar level stabilizes.
