Recently there has been two cases of children being left in a car for an extended period and they died. In one case 32-year-old Zoraida Magali Conde Hernandez in Arlington Virginia forgot she had her 8-month baby in the car and went to work for six hours. When she left work to pick up other children at daycare she noticed the child was in the car and unresponsive. She took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Over in Baltimore County, a 16-month-old baby girl was left inside a truck. A relative had meant to drop off the child at daycare but realized four hours later the mistake when she went to pick up the toddler at daycare and she wasn't there. The Child died.
So how do you forget a child is not in the car?
