Nero Apartments For Sale Again

I see the old Nero Apartments are back up for sale again

This time the price is $320,000.  The owner(s) have put considerable improvements to the place, but regardless what was done it is still an old wooden building built between 1905 and 1920. Originally called Hasting store it faced on Grove Street. Sometime in the early 1940's it was turned to face Pennsylvania Ave. and the railroad tracks. Gary Horseman and his father helped make it into apartments and you know how old Gary is so the place must be old.  Being next to the railroad tracks the currents residents must well be aware of the train that rolls thru between 3 and 4 AM.
